With extensive experience in property management, Carl Immich serves as owner and operator of Builders Choice in Rensselaer, NY. He oversees all aspects of project planning, including quality control, scheduling, and equipment management. Communicating closely with clients in the Red Hook/Rensselaer, NY area, Carl Immich works to resolve complex issues and ensure that finances, budgeting, contracts, and legal requirements are met.
Mr. Immich grew up in Sanford, Florida, and excelled as a halfback and return kicker on his near-championship high school football team. For nearly a decade, he worked at Monterey Boat Builders, progressing from basic painting and maintenance assignments to crafting elements of vessel design such as deckwork, molding, and railings. Also adept in engine installation and repair, he worked on Jack Nicklaus’ sport fishing boat "Sea Bear” and Greg Norman's boat “Aussie Rules.” Mr. Immich subsequently engaged in similar capacities with American Custom Yachts and ultimately founded his own independent boat building contracting firm, Perfect Match.
Carl Immich has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys activities such as freshwater and saltwater fishing in his free time. He also enjoys undertaking custom home renovations and additions, including bath and kitchen designs.
